“I have entered my garden, my treasure, my bride! I gather myrrh with my spices and eat honeycomb with my honey. I drink wine with my milk. Oh, lover and beloved, eat and drink! Yes, drink deeply of your love!” Song of Songs 5:1 NLT

We all want something tangible, something that we can touch, taste and feel.

But how many times do do we get disappointed with the outcomes of our cravings?

The word says to fix our eyes on the unseen. There are moments where God leads you to places where that’s all you can do. There is nothing else to put your eyes on but Him.

To see him as he is, to remember what he has done, to be aware of how much you are loved.

In those moments the tangible is made manifest from the intangible.

The promised provision of his presence, the milk and honey for your soul is poured out.

He provides a sweet spot of communion and connection you can rest in.

Sit before the Lord, even for just a few minutes. Write down what He speaks to you.
